Arlo is the forefather of rolling.... his accomplishments within rolling, both as a professional
rollerblader and a business minded individual, have greatly influenced the direction of our
sport & lifestyle over the years. Arlo's generation planted the seed for "aggressive" skating.
Since the early 90's, rolling has steadily been growing deeper roots and stronger branches
as a result of the generation that has followed Arlo's lead. Much respect. Via - Be-mag.com
Chris Edwards
This is the Magic Johnson of inline skating or maybe the Micheal Jordan but definitely the
god father of aggressive inline skating. Chris Edwards The first world champion vert skater,
first started skiing at the age of 13 years, and today sets the standard of excellence that
every ramp and stunt skater aspires to. Chris trained for six hours every day and continues
to thrill audiences with his fearless approach to breathtaking flips, twists and turns on the
half pipe back in the early 90s. He has even been nicknamed the "Airman" by fellow skaters
because of his ability to soar 4 metres (13 feet) over a half pipe ramp!
In addition, Chris has been the lead stunt double in several films such as "Air Born", has
produced his own Dare to Air video, and has appeared in a number of commercials. Chris is
sponsored by Rollerblade and has been a member of Team Rollerblade since 1987.
