    A: Its hard to tell if you have rubber wheels, if they spin really well you can skate.

    Q: Do I need to stretch before skating?
    A: It is very important if you do stretch before skating , adults are recommended to do so for better
    performance  and less chance of injury.

    Q: Do I need to know how to skate?
    A: Not at all , our awesome professional skate instructors will guide you through your skate lesson.

    Q: Do I Need a brake?
    A: All beginners are required to have a break located on the back right skate.

    Q: Do I have to wear protective gear?
    A: Protective gear is a must and is highly recommended on all levels of skating, you need pads.

    Q: Are they going to be hills?
    A: Each skate routes has at least one hill.

    Q: I only have laces not a buckle.
    A: You might have a pair of hockey skates or a old pair of skates they still
    are skate but Hockey skate do not come with brakes.

    Q: I have a bike helmet, can I still use it?
    A: There is no specific type of helmet , its on your preference as long as you have a  helmet and  fits
    properly and does not wobble.

    Q: I have roller skates.
    A: Roller skates are different and cannot maneuver like Inline skates can roller skates are similar to
    an ice skate, toe pick toe break.

    Q: I have skates but no pads!
    A: Each instructor will have at least a 1 pair of gear with them.

    Q: I only have hockey skates are they inline skates?
    A: Hockey skates do not have breaks, inline skates do.

    Q: Is skating an exercise?
    A: Yes, it is three times the cardio you would do at the local gym , great for exercise upper body lower
    and legs, Heart rate can become extremely high.  

    Q: I have only ice skated! Is it the same?
    A: Balance is the same but ice skates has a toe picks on the front of the skate where you push
    forward to move,inline skates has brakes located on the back of the right foot.

    Q: Why do I have 4 wheels and you have two wheels on your skate?
    A: Normal inline skating required 3 to 4 wheels on each skate and only 2 for aggressive inline
    skating.

    Q: Can we skate in the rain?
    A: It is not recommended or safe to skate in the rain. Your skate will get ruined. There is a risk of
    injury

    A: Only on set courses not recommended in city routes.
